- PWPiers Wilson1 day ago1.0I am a regular customer at the drive through. Today I was at the front of the queue waiting... the queue was large for both lanes. The staff served 11 people in a row from the other lane ahead of me. I estimate it took me 20 mins whilst others who arrived way after were served. Please train the staff to alternate... KFC next time
- LPLauren porcher3 days ago1.0Been here with my partner plenty of times and the last 5 times they keep getting our orders wrong making us requeue. I also have an allergy to tomato and there has now been 2 times they have still gone ahead and put this in my burger. I would like something to be done about this because if i just assumed they made it how i asked it could be seriously wrong.

The Big Mac had about 4 tiny pieces of onion in it, lettuce was about 5 tiny strands and the sauce was almost non existent. 3 hamburgers, again only about 4 pieces of onions. The fries were half cooked and like rubber. The milk shakes were nice though. Won't order from here again. Can't fault the delivery driver which was very quick from placing the order. Only took about 20 minutes and they had one drop off before me.

It’s not always clean, but I understand it gets very busy and there isn’t always time to keep everything in order. Maybe the company should hire more staff because the team is rushing around and still seems understaffed. The toilets are clean, which is a big plus for a place like this. You may have to wait a bit for food, but we visited during a busy time, so I can’t complain. Overall, everything is good.
