Jane was fantastic, really friendly and fast service. Couldn't do enough to help us. 5 stars
What a terrible place. Because you're at work and have a meal deal, they treat you like a second-class customer. You walk in with a book in your hand, the waitress looks at you, and they seat you between two large families with lots of children. And you're staring at the empty table at the other end of the room. When you ask if you want to move, they tell you all the tables are taken. Then you get a burnt hamburger. That's the kind of place this is.

Nice staff, it was easy to get dishes modified for children, the food was really tasty and reasonably priced! I haven't been to Beefeater in years but after today's visit, we'll definitely be returning more often! The place is very cosy and has activity booklets and children's books to keep little ones entertained which is so helpful!

We stayed here on our way back from a family weekend away- there were 10 of us including 4 children. The lady who served us was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, keeping our drinks topped up and provided colouring for the kids. We were so impressed we left a tip.

The breakfast is a winner and well worth the money, although not amazing its better than the rest the area has to offer. With the main menu, avoid like the plague, the food is massively overpriced, wven with deals,, and poor quality. As with other low reviews (which I wish I'd read first) the customer service surrounding it is abysmal, when raising concerns, it was brushed off and nothing happened. You cant improve unless this is passed along somewhere!
