  Popped in late last night on our way home and was honestly gobsmacked! When we walked in, there was no other customers at all, the floor and every single table was covered in rubbish, spilt food and drinks so we cleaned a table to sit down and ordered from the self service screen. We waited just over half an hour for the food to come out (4 meals) and had it not been for the fact it was midnight, the kids were hungry and we had already waited 30 odd minutes for the food already, I’d have sent the entire lot back. None of us ate much, the food was cold, thrown together and a lot of it was stale (chips had definitely been ‘double dipped’ probably in an attempt to serve us stale food rather than put any fresh on) I asked one of the workers for some ketchup and salt… 5 minutes later, she brought out a little bag with BBQ sauce and pepper, no ketchup or salt so I went to the counter to ask, I ended up having to call out to someone in the end after standing waiting for them to have their chat for some time. At one point before we received our food, someone who appeared to be the manager came inside from the carpark and told 2 staff members to clean up, showing one of them around to point out how appalling it was. When he went outside, they made an attempt to ‘tidy up’ walking around throwing everything into a plastic bag. Drinks were spilling through the bottom and onto the floor as they were throwing full cups into the bag, but neither of them cleaned up the spilled drinks so the puddles were still there when we left 30-40 odd minutes later. Before we left I used the toilet as we still had a bit of a drive ahead of us, but unfortunately I feel it would have been more hygienic had I squatted down in the carpark to go. Not a single cubical wasn’t covered in urine all over the toilet seat and floor, tissue absolutely everywhere, and just pure grime on and around the toilet, and hand washing area. I get it’s McDonalds, I wouldn’t expect a 5* service or facilities, but if food is being served, some level of cleanliness needs to be a priority and unfortunately, on this occasion there was none and quite honestly shocking. I’ve never seen anything like it from any motorway services we have used before.

  I've been to a lot of mcdonald's but this one takes the biscuit been waiting 25 mins for a breakfast not good enough still waiting

  Put order through at 20.15, received it by Uber at 21.20. food ticket said 20.35 so all good was cold. Missing 1 x wrap, 2 x large fries tub was not filled up pathetic amounts, both burgers were doubles but only received singles also missing dip as usual.
