  Fast and prompt delivery by Vicky who knew straight away where the house was, which was much better experience than previous delivery. Very friendly and polite. Pizza was great too 😉

  The pizza was an hour late . My kids were getting really upset. I phoned dominos in Hythe 3 times because the driver was late and the map said he was in another Roman Road in the next village along. I even spoke to the driver who called after I’d phoned dominos again and he Insisted he was in the correct road so on that assumption I suggested he might have entered from the other end of the road and that there are signs to suggest it’s a no through road but if he continues through he will see a landmark I mentioned . He complained that this info should be in the instructions to which I said domino’s have detailed instructions already from me and he then answered that he can’t read Instructions very well. The phone cut out and he continued to amble around the same wrong road (I could see from the map) so I phoned domino’s again as I couldn’t get through to him. They said they were trying to get hold of him and to call back in 10 mins if he hasn’t arrived . He still hadn’t arrived so I called again. At this point they said they would remake the pizza and put in a freebie . The pizza eventually arrived an hour after I ordered it and there was no freebie. Also, just to add that for many years drivers gave been able to find our house but the last few times we have had the same experience where they just put the road name in and end up in the wrong road so pizza is either cold or late.
