Staff hide in the kitchen and there are other people knocking on the counter and shouting “hello??” Typically, it’s not too bad here but the whole system is total chaos.

Two weeks ago food delivered to the car - no milk for the tea, no ketchup as per the order, no napkins and no stirrer, oh, and no dressing for what became a dry salad which was delivered by one of the delivery riders who went back and carried a stirrer to the car with bare hands. I didnt use it. Last Saturday - no napkins, no stirrer. The food is good and fresh, let down by the lack of attention to detail. Will be back again on Saturday, hope they get it right thid time. They didn't! No salads, no stirrer , again, had to ask for milk for the tea and for napkins. The only reason we continue to use this one is because is is on the way home, but we might go home a different way soon. Writing these comments doesn't seem to do much good, nobody responds. I suppose you get this level of service from the staff who appear to be school kids on a Saturday, and have no notion on how to speak to customers. I am nobody mate as I have been addressed on a number of occasions. Week four, forgot the napkins this week. Trying not to be picky but it is not what I expect Writing to tge Manager there later
