  Absolutely amazing experience at Ask Italian! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered tasted fresh and authentic, from the pasta to the sides and desserts. The portions were generous, and everything arrived beautifully presented and hot. What really made our visit stand out, however, was the exceptional service we received from Joel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Joel was welcoming, friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever being overwhelming. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, gave great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a positive impression, but Joel truly made the evening special. His warm attitude and attention to detail added so much to our dining experience and made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. The atmosphere at Ask Italian was lovely, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Combined with the quality of the food and outstanding customer care, this was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a while. A huge thank you to Joel for providing such incredible service — he is a real credit to the team. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Ask Italian to anyone looking for delicious Italian food and top-quality hospitality!

  Kasia was a great host, very friendly and approachable, told me about the Ask Perks app which I wasn’t aware of and bagged myself a free cocktail! Super attentive and top notch food. Me, my mum and young daughters had a lovely lunch here and will be back again.

  We had a Great night at ask Italian our server Blaise was so lovely and helpful, We disliked our seats and asked to move and she helped immediately, although I was refused last time I was here. We tried new dishes and it was great. Will definitely be coming back.

  Never had a problem before today. Unfortunately the service wasn't great, we had to ask to be served after being seated and forgotten about. We ordered the sharing starter which sounded great on the menu however it was actually quite shocking. There was one plain prawn and one tiny mushroom per person on the driest bread, no sauce other than garlic mayo. And the 'bruchetta' was just chopped cherry tomatoes on top of the same dry bread as above. I've never known bruchetta to be served like that. We asked to pay the bill as the food came out as we were late for the cinema. No one checked back on us to ask how the food was otherwise I would have given my feedback then. Really disappointing.
