  Great service. Great Bao buns. But they used basmati rice in the donburi. Which wasn't an issue for flavour, but was for texture. It just felt strange in the mouth.

  The team were attentive and friendly throughout my visit and the food was of the high consistent quality that Wagamama is used to providing. The location was clean and tidy and had air conditioning installed. I would definitely visit again.

  The food was good, but not great. They did fairly well with the Japanese food, but for a period of time (some time ago), have mistaken udon for ramen. Ramen noodles are much thinner. I am pleased that they have realised that.

  We visited this Restaurant on the 29th of July 2026 having been before we expected and received great Service, Thank you Diane, Food as usual First class but Ambience was a little bit flat due to our visit being just before the lunch build up which did start as we completed our meals. We at last found a Car Park close to the restraunt which is the other side of Jewry Street and is at the side of the Library. A couple of negative comments, The lock on the Disabled Tiolet is broken being unable to lock or secure the door. Would it be possible to place hand rails adjacent to the steps at the entrance to the restaurant? I use a stick and find steps of any kind difficult along with many others of a certain age. My friend and I will be visiting more often now we have found the nearest Car Park. This is a fantastic restraunt which you can't fail to enjoy with great food.....No Photos...Old school.

  Very sad. Wagamamas used to be reliable and flavourful. The spicy chicken ramen has pre cooked cardboard chicken. The gyoza are leathery in texture. The ramen broth is bland and uninteresting. Not many redeeming qualities.
