The store is closing early; there are still 5 minutes left before closing.

A bit limited in the range of food . Has quite large Polish and Free From sections. No fresh fish or meat counters though. Andover Tesco Extra is better!

The dot com part of this store is a joke. They didn't deliver my daughters order and the helpdesk number on the website rings and then tells you to use the website and then hangs up. When she finally got hold of someone all they could say was that the driver 'ran out of time'. A bit of communication wouldn't have gone a miss to elevate her distress as she had spent quite a lot of money. Improve your communication skills Tesco.

I’m an international student, and yesterday I went to a store because I was looking for a particular product but couldn’t find it. I politely approached an older female employee with short hair and glasses and said “Sorry, excuse me” about three times, but she didn’t respond. At first, I thought that perhaps she had difficulty hearing because of her age and simply hadn’t heard me. So I tried again and said, “Sorry, could I ask you where I can find this product?” To my surprise, she turned around angrily and said, “Can’t you see that I’m busy right now?” At the time, she was standing in front of a shelf and didn’t appear to be doing anything in particular. I noticed that she did not treat the other customers in the same way, which made me wonder whether I was treated differently because I am Asian. I honestly don’t know if that was the reason, and I don’t want to make assumptions, but the way she spoke to me really shocked and upset me. I had not done anything inappropriate or disrespectful, so I genuinely didn’t understand why I was treated that way. Afterwards, I approached two other Asian employees, one male and one female. They were both very patient and kind. They checked the product for me and personally showed me where it was. I really appreciate their help and kindness. Thank you to both of them for making the experience much better.

Staff are kind and helpful and plenty of parking sometimes the shelves are not refilled quick enough especially at weekends or busy periods, the Costa cafe in-store is a good touch but can get very busy
