  On 2 occasions now I have attended this store and they are closing at 21:40. I made a special trip over tonight to grab some late bits to be told at the door “we are closing early” I appreciate from time to time this may happen but It feels more like people trying to knock off early at the expense of the customers

  I have never left a review for a supermarket in my life but, I just had the strangest most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I get staff can be moody totally fine but, this girl didn’t speak just looked at me in disgust, snatched my money out of my hand and then basically threw my product at me. I said hi, I said please thank you and was polite. I don’t know why she was so rude. Absolutely shocking. Shouldn’t be allowed near customer service roll. It’s not hard to just say hello, thank you even if you’re not happy. Let alone throwing the item and snatching money. Sadly didn’t catch her name, I’d say late 20s brunette, and was on the till 06/06/26 @ 19:10. No doubt this will get laughed off but, hopefully she learns some basic human manners

  A lovely shop with lovely staff. I went in and was struggling to find my items, A young female colleague helped me (she seemed busy but stopped what she was doing to help me). She was very efficient and helped me find everything i needed! I can’t remember her name but she gave me great service! Would recommend this shop as it has a great variety of items.

  I was served by a lovely member of staff called Kyle! He was very bubbly and nice, also helped me when I was having trouble with my Clubcard! He is an asset to the Shop and I will definitely be visiting again!!!
