  Mixed first order failed and have to wait up to 8 days for refund, that is WRONG. Visited no, online order. Snooping gets you into trouble like Southampton FC.

  Ordered two large pizzas, dessert and an extra tub of garlic & herb dip. Pizza and desert arrived but without the dip on delivery. Called the shop in weeke and asked for them to bring the dip, was put on hold for 2 minutes before being hung up on. Tried to ring back for 5 minutes but no answer. Tried to ring from my wife’s phone simultaneously who was answered immediately (so I guess my phone was being ignored) at which point I asked about my dip again to which the lady on the phone said the delivery driver is not contactable but should send another one out. I rang back an hour later asking for an update, and she said I’d get it by the end of the night (???). Anyway, it did not arrive. It is now morning and I shall have to eat leftovers pizza dip-less. Overall, food is good but service is 1/5. 2/5 overall as the food tastes good, would not recommend this branch of dominos.

  Would just like to say we had missing milkshakes from our order. So we called the shop and asked them whats up with that. Polite man on the phone said yes no worries we will remake them and deliver them to you. Thanks so much for your amazing customer service. My family are very happy with the treatment given this evening ! Keep up the great work 🍕 .
