Ordered 2 Dominos cookies and 2 Chocolate caramel cookies. The picture speaks for itself. Chocolate caramel cookie looks like a round shit blob. Please train your staff better Waterlooville team!

My son placed an order on Friday 14th August in which he was double charged. He was assured by two different employees in the Waterlooville branch that it had been refunded. Still no refund on 21St which my son went into store again was told it would be processed over the weekend. Today is the 24th still no refund! This is over £50! My son has had to call to be told this has to be sent to an area manager to approve this is beyond a joke and would be sent today. This is just shocking now if sent to the area manger and approved today that’s if then he will get the refund in the next 5 working days taking him possibly to the 31st of August. This needs to be sorted ASAP.

Usually very happy with dominos this time was a massive let down.....pizza had pineapple cut into thin strands and barely any of it most of the pizza had none at all....it was also swimming in tomato sauce base and had hardly any cheese. Unfortunately I did not realise this until I got my order home and after a very long shift just needed to eat but severely disappointed. I hope this is a one off because it would put me off spending money there again. I cannot explain the sheer amount of sauce placed onto this pizza it was overwhelming.
