- BLBob L5 days ago2.0Slowest McDonalds on the planet. I don’t know how they do it but they’ve managed to turn “Popping in to grab a coffee” in to a half hour experience. Nothing happens fast at this branch. Even entirely standard core-menu items take an absolute age to reach the front counter.

- CNCatalina NeaguJul 5, 20261.0The worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. I ordered a McMuffin and found a hair on the cheese. I took it back and asked for it to be replaced, but instead of making me a fresh one, the staff simply cut around the area where the hair had been and gave me back the same McMuffin. When I noticed what they had done, I returned to the counter again. Once again, they gave me back the same McMuffin, this time with a new slice of processed cheese placed on top, clearly trying to cover up what they had done rather than replacing the meal. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care. I expected a fresh replacement, not for my original food to be altered and handed back to me. This was an appalling experience, and I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.
