  Had a lovely dinner here while away for work. The staff were very friendly, there was no wait for a table, and the food was lovely and arrived really quickly. Phoebe, my waitress, was particularly polite and friendly. All in all, a great experience, and I’d definitely come back again!

  Tilly was our server tonight - she was welcoming and friendly and very efficient. My meal sadly came out cold, but she replaced it with a brand new dish and handled the situation with kindness and compassion. The food was delicious and all of us enjoyed every part of our meals. Thanks for a great visit - we will be back on our next birthday!!

  I don’t normally like to leave a bad review if a problem has been fixed, but on this occasion I feel really disappointed with our experience today, especially as I was in with my daughter. Firstly, we waited quite a while for our food and when it arrived, it was really below standard. The mozzarella cheese planks were hard and cold when they arrived, and the chips were cold too. I didn’t complain about this at the time because, if I’m honest, I was absolutely starving. What has upset me most is that this was children’s food, especially as it was for my very little one. I just don’t understand how something like this can be missed when it comes to a child’s meal I’ll attach photos. I do appreciate that the children’s food was removed from the bill, and I’m grateful for that, but I still feel disappointed with the overall experience. I also think it’s a shame that the manager didn’t feel it was necessary to come over and explain what was happening. Our server was clearly trying his best and seemed to be dealing with multiple orders and what looked like quite a lot going wrong. I actually felt sorry for him as he was the one left to deal with it all. I know you’re a chain restaurant, but eating out is still a luxury and when people choose to spend their money somewhere, especially for a celebration or special occasion, you want to leave feeling like it was money well spent. Unfortunately, we left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed, which is a real shame.

  Food was so basic and plain, partner had chicken bone in a boneless meal so was put off whole meal, kids meal was the same size as my £17 meal. Service was crap and the poor lady sat on the table next to us with her young daughter had an awful experience too. Won’t be eating here again. We waited an hour for our food and it was cold.

  came for a family birthday, the ladies at the door were very accommodating and lovely, and our server was johnny he was again absolutely lovely, he sorted anything we needed instantly, and took good care of us all night. we did send a tray of ribs back, that’s why i rated it 3/5. but he managed to change it for us straight away; the food itself did take around an hour and a half to come out, however that was with starters and food.
