  We ordered several pizzas and one arrived incorrect. The driver offered no options for a refund or remake. We called the store several times, and after three hours the replacement still hadn't arrived. We were eventually told it had never been made. Staff gave unclear and conflicting information about how to resolve it, and no refund was offered. We're now going through our card provider to recover the money. Absolutely horrific service, and we won't be ordering again.

  We waited 10 mins for our food to be collected even though it was already made sat on the hot rack. Then they forgot our dip. Then i had to wait a further 9 mins for them to answer me about my dip. They just kept fobbing us off telling us to wait. EXTREMELY poor customer service.

  Absolutely the worst place, he told me to wait 4 minutes and then after the 4 minutes has passed he said they don't even know when my order is ready. I wish could give it 0 stars
