  Don’t waste your time with this place. I wanted to try it as they’d been dropping leaflets and advertising in my local town of Romsey so ordered a delivery, order confirmed and tracking said in the oven, then nothing. When I called an hour later the lady said they cancelled the order as they didn’t have a driver (although they’d accepted the order and cooked it apparently). No call or otherwise to say as much and no apology. Asked for timeframe on refund and was told no idea as they don’t work in the accounts department! Poor on all fronts. Potential new customer lost.

  Ordered and it took over an hour to arrive with 2 of the 3 items missing and we couldn't get a refund because they wouldn't answer the phone or mark the order as delivered. Will be going to the shop tomorrow to demand a refund. Incredible poor service, will never go again and so not recommend
