  Ordered and it took over an hour to arrive with 2 of the 3 items missing and we couldn't get a refund because they wouldn't answer the phone or mark the order as delivered. Will be going to the shop tomorrow to demand a refund. Incredible poor service, will never go again and so not recommend

  Order was taken for delivery and the tracker showed it was made and being checked, the tracker was stuck on the same stage for 35 mins so when I rang to check the order had been cancelled because the driver did not want to come out to our address, no message to say our pizza order had been cancelled and no we have to wait 24 hours for the refund 😡
