  Don’t order from Portswood. Awful service. Ordered and waited over an hour for delivery, for the app to say it had been delivered… so we had to call and find out where our order was. About half an hour later, it arrived with missing items. Called again, was told it would be 3-4 mins… 15mins go past, call again and had the phone hung up on me. Finally got through and was told it would be a few more minutes. Eventually, the missing items arrive, completely cold. No apology, no call to let us know… horrific service all around and I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again. Stick with Dominos.

  The guy was extremely rude and dismissive and profiled me when I asked him for his name he didn't bother to give it because he knew he would be in trouble.it was extremely unacceptable and very rude this was at 11:20 26th of September. I am NEVER coming back!!!

  Made a mistake on our order, called within 1 min. Wouldn't answer the phone . Eventually answered but hung up and would not help them wouldn't answered . Didn't get order .
