  I really don’t know whats wrong with the delivery. I put order at 1.51pm and got order around 3pm. When I talked to member of staff and she was just informing me order is on the way, portswood is hardly 5 minute drive from my location. I aksed to the staff , If you made my pizza at 2.05 pm , it will be cold just cancel my order and give me refund. Staff told me pizza will be hot amd I said ok. Then I call back it is stone cold, just take back your pizza and give me refund my money. I am not that kind person who make issues but Of a customer spend money you should be responsible for this. Then I again rang them can I talk to manager but they told me there is mo manager today and we don’t have refund policy and we will re-deliver your order at 5pm. I again asked about it at 5pm and they replied me , we are waiting for delivery driver and deliver you. It was enough for today, I wish I can give zero star to them. If you don’t have drivers , then don’t accept orders and don’t do scam with customers. Very poor service and just inprove to resolve issues for customers.

  The pizza is very good and tasty, the dips for the pizza are all excellent choice especially the garlic one

  Food is very delicious I tried once pizza Staff is very friendly treat soo politely I would like to suggest everyone to come here
