Got delivered food and within 20 min of eating was so sick. Food looked OK but on closer inspection after eating half of a burger it was raw in the middle and had what looked like human hair . Disgusting

Cannot fault the food nor the how clean the eating area was - but a member off staff was walking around the area with their jeans around their thighs which is inappropriate for any retail or public setting

The promotion offering a free burger was misleading and didn’t deliver what was implied — felt more like a trick than a genuine deal. Food-wise, the fries were far too salty, almost inedible. The burger itself was messy, poorly put together, and really difficult to eat — everything just slid apart.

Had this insanely small portion of fries at Five Guys and when questioned I was made to feel like i’m asking for a million pound from them. Burger was sloppy too. Not up to scratch
