These 5 stars are for the amazing Ellie who was incredibly helpful with sorting out our order when there was an error on the system. She resolved the issue very promptly and professionally. Thank you Ellie!

Worst staff experience when phoning in for a delivery that that they never picked up on Uber. 1h40 minutes and still no Pizza. The guy who I dealt with treated it like a hostage situation and that this was all my responsibility to follow up with them. No skill in complaints handelinge. Having worked and employed many service people would I have fired him on the spot. Get your house and staff in order.

Worst Domino's franchise ever! We have used Domino's for years as it is our favourite takeaway pizza. However, we've moved to Woolston in Southampton and since, we have been unfortunate enough to have to use this franchise. It is terrible! I always go for a cheese-only and I used to ask for extra cheese, to make it worthwhile, but now, that option has disappeared from the website as they say they already put extra cheese on the cheese-only pizzas. The first pizza I got from there was not good. Not only was it smaller than before (although that might not be specific to this franchise), but there was barely any cheese on it. I thought it must have been a one-off, so when I ordered another one and the same thing happened (see attached photo; extra cheese? Yeah right... That's even less cheese than when they put one layer!), I contacted the manager to complain. They never acknowledged my email, let alone answered it! So now, we have to go to another franchise, but they might not accept to deliver to us, as farther away. If that is the case, we'll have to change our pizza takeaway altogether.
