  Very poor customer service Unfortunately, my experience with Domino’s Avenue was made considerably worse by the way my complaint was handled. I received a call from the branch regarding my order. The person calling did not introduce himself and, from the beginning, I felt that he was more interested in challenging why I was complaining than listening to me and trying to resolve the issue. I was asked when I had placed the order. I explained that I needed to check my email for the exact time and could provide my order confirmation number, but I felt that he wasn't actually listening to what I was saying. I eventually asked to speak to someone else because I didn't feel the conversation was going anywhere. The call was ended shortly afterwards, and as the phone was being disconnected, I heard the person say “f… o..”. Regardless of how frustrating a conversation may become, I don't think this is an acceptable way to speak to a customer. I would have been perfectly happy with a simple apology and an attempt to resolve the original issue. Instead, the handling of the complaint became a bigger problem than the original issue itself. I hope management takes the time to review what happened and addresses it appropriately.

  My food hasn’t even arrived yet, but I placed an order with Charlie for a big event later this evening and he was incredibly helpful and patient on the phone excellent customer service thank you!!

  The food is great and always tasty but I have to say Alan the delivery guy is my fave. Always happy, smiling and so polite. He always asks how I’m doing and my son, knowing he takes the time to care and get to know the regulars. Even when he’s working more hours and long days he still smiling and happy. Great guy

  Been ordering domino’s for the past 20 years and no pizza can be beat then domino’s, and my children love it too, thank you domino’s
