  i wrote a review 4 weeks ago about mistakes being made every time i make an order. i cannot add another review from my own account however, i feel like it is necessary that i bring it to the attention of the person in charge that many mistakes are being made. i am paying for a specific pizza and i expect just that. we ordered a half half pizza. please look at this photo which shows the receipt and the pizza we were given and you will see that half of it is in fact NOT the cheeseburger pizza that i’ve ordered. i only removed tomatoes and onions from it however it is missing the other toppings that come with that pizza. this is quite infuriating as i’m paying for extra topping and instead the pizza comes lacking other ones. this is genuinely unacceptable and staff should pay way more attention to what is being ordered instead of freestyling. please read the instructions given on the order because this has happened to me countless times and very likely many other people.

  Pizza toppings on a tandoori pizza are all jalapenos and big tomatoes and onions.We struggle to find chicken on slices. I thought pizzas were delivered for free,Not at Dominos.The fact you pay for the delivery defeats the whole Idea of discounts OR Offers.

  i order quite frequently here and most of the time all is good. However, there have been a few cases where we have asked for a specific topping and we didn't receive it, especially when we request to swap the tomato sauce to bbq sauce for the base. the price difference is not much for 1 topping but this is the base of the pizza and it changes the flavour completely and personally, i dont like tomato sauce that much so it's not the same. to whomever is in charge, my intention of writing this review is not to have the employees scolded, but rather have them pay more attention to what the order actually is. i work in customer service so i do understand that mistakes can happen but please pay more attention as this mistake could affect people with allergies as well.

  Delivery driver, very personable and helpful. The store forgot to provide a VAT receipt and Alan Ferry kindly delivered this later in the day.

  Horrible horrible experience on the phone. Was expecting a refund for a mistaken pizza for 3 weeks! Called today, asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, I explained the issue after an hour of missed calls and her LITERALLY HANGING UP ON ME. After her to tell me that I should call back tomorrow because the manager would be in. So she is or isn’t the manager? I will definitely be taking this to HR as she is so so rude and hung up the phone on me after I heard her let out a sigh. Disgusting service. Worst dominos in the UK.
