Très bonne expérience chez Domino's Pizza. Les pizzas étaient délicieuses, bien garnies et préparées rapidement. Un service efficace. Une excellente adresse pour une pizza savoureuse à un bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande!
Horrible horrible experience on the phone. Was expecting a refund for a mistaken pizza for 3 weeks! Called today, asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, I explained the issue after an hour of missed calls and her LITERALLY HANGING UP ON ME.
After her to tell me that I should call back tomorrow because the manager would be in. So she is or isn’t the manager?
I will definitely be taking this to HR as she is so so rude and hung up the phone on me after I heard her let out a sigh.
Disgusting service. Worst dominos in the UK.

This was for one of our events. Alan did the best job! Arrived on time and was very nice. We appreciate Alan 🫶🏻
Alan was brilliant in delivering all 10 pizzas for our event! He made sure the veggie pizzas were packaged separately! Everything was delivered with smile, even when Alan said Dominos was so busy! Fantastic service, thank you Alan! Love Arena Offices
We placed this online order for collection at 21:25PM. The collection time shown was 10-15 minutes. The app alerted that the order is “ready for collection” and so we reached the store around 21.45PM. To my surprise, the store was not aware at all about this order, and even wondered if I am at a wrong location, despite me confirming that this is the correct store I have ordered from. Finally, they acknowledged the mistake and had to make our pizzas afresh. We had to wait another 12-15 minutes due to this. When I went back into the store to collect, some of the staff had swapped, had no idea what was happening and yet again I had to explain what went wrong. It was a harrowing experience and definitely ruined our evening. Please fix your online app, or look into the system associated with this store in particular, so this mistake is not repeated.
And yes - I have already left a formal feedback as well so I am hoping you do not answer this review with your generic customer experience response asking me to leave a feedback on your website.
