  Rude and vile behaviour. Never ever will I order from this branch again after the way they spoke to my son on the phone! Rude! Dismissive Awful branch!

  Absolutely appalling service from Domino’s. My order was marked as delivered, but the food didn’t actually arrive until around 15 minutes later. When it finally arrived, the pizza and the rest of the food were freezing cold. We also paid for extras on the pizza which wasn't even put on the pizza. I tried calling the store to complain, but they refused to answer the phone multiple times to both me and my partner. So not only was my food late and freezing cold, but I couldn’t even speak to anyone about it. I paid for fresh, hot food and received the complete opposite. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Domino’s seriously needs to sort out its delivery service and customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again. 1 star is being generous.

  Bought 2 pizzas 27th August. Other half was feeling rough a few hours later and sick all day 28th. My symptoms turned up 29th. Never going back. Read loads of 1 star reviews and the responses are just hot air. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

  I’ve used this Domino’s for over 10 years and rarely had any problems until the last couple of months. A couple of months ago I had a pizza that never turned up this problem was quickly sorted without any issues. Last night however was a different story. After waiting 45 minutes, my order was marked as delivered even though I hadn’t received it. I called the store and was told the driver was outside my house. He wasn’t — I was literally standing in my driveway. I then spoke to the driver, who also claimed he was outside my house. When I told him he clearly wasn’t, he suddenly said he would be there in 2 minutes. By the time he arrived, it had been around an hour since I ordered, despite me living no more than 10 minutes from the store. He came speeding around my close and tried to give me a cold pizza which I refused as I had paid for a hot pizza. There was also a considerable language barrier between myself, the driver and manager which made resolving the problem unnecessarily difficult. When the driver called the manager in front of me to discuss my complaint, they spoke in a language I couldn’t understand. I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional when they were discussing my order and complaint while I was standing there. I was offered a fresh pizza but by then I had lost trust in the delivery service and chose to collect it myself. Although I was offered something free in store, it did not feel good enough and nobody offered to refund my delivery charge. I had to ask for this myself and was told it would be refunded but I’m still waiting for it. After more than 10 years as a loyal customer and two serious delivery problems within a couple of months, I’ve had enough. I won’t be using Domino’s myself again and will be telling friends and family about my experience.
