  Bitterne Dominos is the only one that leave disappointed after been using Dominos for so many years. Its 1 year that i can only use Bitterne due to move house, Delivery drivers are 5 stars but pizzas and other meals are disaster. Pizza never come normal large size or bring barbecue sauce all over ,today i asked for 2 Loaded Veg and you can see in the pics the difference from what I get and what is announced on the site... Officially my last order from bitterne.

  Had a bit of a problem ordering online as their payment system was down. Couldn't order by phone as same payment issues. Went into shop with cash, helpful staff member put our order through. No free parking at Bitterne Dominos which was a bit of a pain. They were very busy Thursday evg so it took an extra 15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes quoted to pick up our order. Food was lovely though, as always :)

  Food didn’t even turn up, “Mohammed the reliable” apparently “delivered” it and I didn’t receive it, I tried contacting the store for a refund and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Quite mad as I don’t ever get a takeaway and this was my “treat/cheat” meal.

  Ordered half and half ,and it was the WORST pizza that I have ever had the cheese crust was so dry and only on one half , one half was normal size slice and the other half was tiny Thought you guys was meant to be doing quality check ??? Who ever checked my pizza should be fired as the quality was absolutely shocking I need answers dominos
