I often feel that they assume customers coming in during the evening are only there to buy reduced-price items. On several occasions, I felt uncomfortable because staff were staring. I’m not sure if this is because I am not English, but it has made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same issue before, and I do not feel that anything has changed. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the customer experience for everyone.
