- RRR RaiSep 12, 20261.0Awful shop AVOID at all costs - unhelpful staff who stand around gossiping about customers all day and act put out if you ask for help. Not only extremely unprofessional and disrespectful but also seems to be racially motivated. Reading previous reviews this happens with others too so I cannot be alone in my experience of feeling stereotyped. Numerous occasions I heard one lady being unbelievably unprofessional and speaking in disgusting manner in a workplace around paying customers (Irish or Scottish if not mistaken). If that woman still has a job I would be shocked. The store needs a complete overhaul and obviously management are very passive if this behaviour is allowed. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if given the option for 0.

It's never happened to me in over 20 years of shopping other than in this store. Management need to sort out an audit or system check over this is completely unacceptable. Staff are generally okay but mostly rude, unbothered and unhelpful. Id avoid.
