  We usually use the drive through but we have also dined inside on a couple of occasions and we have always left satisfied. The food is good, always hot, we've never had bad service here

  I used to love BK, now, hate it, the quality is still ok but what you actually get for your money now, pathetic, a fiver for a couple of fries with an absolutely tiny amount of bacon bits & a mortal of sauce is beyond abysmal, also want to charge you 40p for a mayo packet so for £29 which is a couple of burgers & tiny fries, will NEVER give them my business again, really gone downhill & greedy!

  We stopped at the Burger King on Tollbar Way in Hedge End today to grab a bite on our way back from Portsmouth. I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL, and my wife had the Double Chicken Royale, both accompanied by regular fries. The food was prepared remarkably quickly, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our visit. It is always refreshing to receive such efficient and friendly service at a drive-thru or fast-food establishment. From an accessibility standpoint, parking was easy. I noted two dedicated disabled spaces, which felt entirely proportionate to the overall size of the car park. I did use the disabled toilet during our visit; while it was certainly serviceable, it could have been cleaner. I would highly recommend that management consider installing a RADAR key lock to ensure the facility is kept in better condition for those who genuinely need it. Overall, a solid visit with good food.
