  The person preparing our deliveroo order made a mistake, that could have been easily avoided. 8 big 'ticks' on the receipt in messy way, that meant they thought they had packed our 9 items It's a real faff making a claim with Deliveroo. Please improve the attention-to-detail

  Food was cold , when called up to tell staff , they don’t bother , they dont listen to you , very unprofessional behaviour from staff everyone is entitled like I m not the customer, what happened to the customer service?

  Very unprofessional …ordeted 2 burgers and 2 ,lchilli cheese bites, and I got 2 burgers 1 chiili bites and 1 water …when called up to complain the issue she said that I was baing rude calling her “bro , I have got my order wrong” 20sept 18.57pm hang up on me dint have any intention of helping me or sorting the issue out …very unprofessional 👎👎

  By far the worst experience at a Burger King. Bins were overflowing, syrup missing from drink fountain, tables dirty, cold burgers, staff indifferent.
