  You need to keep your pizza a little longer in the oven, so the cheese has time to melt and crust gets golden.

  Very fast delivery. Nice pizza. Maybe 😼 m imagining it, but it's not as well seasoned as dominoes used to be. Not bad, not amazing.

  I am writing to report and expose the hostile and discriminatory treatment I experienced from a staff member at this store on Saturday, 11 July, at approximately 10:09pm. After an exhausting 12-hour work shift, I visited the store simply to purchase a meal. From the beginning of the interaction, the staff member was displaying an attitude towards me. I showed him the loaded cheeseburger fries on the Domino's app and asked whether I could order them at the till. His response and manner were already rude and dismissive. The staff member then asked whether I wanted two because they were part of a deal. I asked whether two would be too much and asked to see the size of the boxes so I could decide whether to purchase one or two. He mocked my question back to me in a rude and aggressive manner, saying, “Is two too much?” He then proceeded to show me the box with an attitude. What made the interaction even more unacceptable was that, immediately after serving me, he turned to the next customer in the queue and said, “Sorry about that,” openly portraying me as a nuisance and treating my presence as an inconvenience. As an African customer, I found this targeted impatience and public exclusion deeply uncomfortable. The way I was treated felt like a racial microaggression and made me feel that I was being treated as a burden simply for asking reasonable questions as a customer. Management should review the CCTV footage and system logs for the exact date and time of this incident to identify the staff member and investigate his conduct. Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome or humiliated for asking reasonable questions about the products they are being sold. This kind of unequal and disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store.

  I made a huge order for the entire cast and production team in the middle of a show from backstage. Over £200 of food and every order was slightly different, large sizes, mediums, sides, vegan, veggie. Despite the huge order and the apologies that they would 'do their best' to fulfill the order as soon as they could, they absolutely smashed it and not only cooked and delivered within 45 minutes, every food order was correct, all food cooked perfectly and only a few dips missing which we did not fuss about considering their epic task. Big kudos to the team members working on Friday night at Romsey Domino's. Thank you from some very happy... and full people.
