Really disappointing experience with our delivery last night. When we ordered, the estimated delivery time was around 45 minutes. After an hour, the tracker was still showing our order as being prepared, so we rang the store to find out what was happening. We were then told it would be at least another hour before our food arrived, and the member of staff apologised and said she had 'meant' to call us to let us know. At that point, having already waited an hour and then being told we could be waiting at least another hour, we cancelled the order. I completely appreciate that restaurants get busy and delays happen, especially at peak times. What I don’t understand is why, when a 45-minute estimated delivery is going to turn into well over two hours, contacting the customers affected isn’t a priority. Had we been called and told about the delay, we could have decided whether we were happy to wait or make alternative arrangements. Instead, we were left watching a tracker that gave us no indication of just how delayed the order actually was. The delay itself was frustrating, but the lack of communication was what ultimately led us to cancel and was the most disappointing part of the experience.

Nicely cooked pizza, didn’t have to wait long. The lady that served us had excellent customer service she went above and beyond for my little on with his choice of pizza. Fantastic. Thank you!
