  We are bowled-over by the quality and tastiness! Very rare that we order pizza. It used to be another chain when we did, which wasn't great. Been wanting franchise pizza for months, but too scared to try as whenever we order takeaways, we always spend alot of money and receive disappointment. A friend mentioned that this Papa John's is really good, so we gave it a try. Every item in this order did not disappoint - 2 pizzas, garlic bread bites and chicken poppers. We swapped many toppings on both pizzas, and the recieved order was still accurate. Each box was clearly labelled, including sides. Food was still very warm on arrival - I only eat my food if its piping hot, and even I had no need to reheat the pizza or sides when it arrived. Recieved order within 30 minutes. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings, not dry, and they each came with a free garlic and herb dip. The dips that came with the sides were tasty too! Honey mustard is amazing! Shocked that I'm saying this - this is one of the very rare franchises that has blown me away in the UK. Pizza will always be bought here going forward. They have good deals on their website too!

  Ridiculous. Ordered 2 pizzas at 19.22, both with vegan cheese. Got a call from the store at 19.44 saying that they were put of vegan cheese for 1 of the pizzas. I asked to cancel the order and the lady on the phone said that the other pizza was already ready and it was all ready to go?? I then said OK, replace the other pizza with hot piri piri chicken poppers, to which she said "OK we'll get it out to you". At 20:57 I called for an update. I was asked for all my details and was out on hold, then was told that I would get a call back. At 21.10 I got a call to reconfirm my order number and then was told they would call back. At 21.16 I got the call to say that my order had been cancelled, the tracker app was still on checking and cutting till 21.17 when I got an email saying it had been cancelled. If it had just been cancelled in the first place that wouldn't be a problem but this was just a joke.
