  I ordered via Uber Eats, so this is not a review of the restaurant itself. However, I ordered a burger, fries and a coca-cola. On what was possibly the hottest day of the year, with the temperature above 30⁰C in the evening, I received my food and....a warm bottle of coca-cola! It hadn't been near a refrigerator. Surely, at any time of year, a refrigerated drink would be a reasonable expectation, but especially when the temperature is so hot! It really ruined the rest of my meal as my home is boiling hot and a cold coke would have made all th3 difference to the hot meal. Nobody contacted me to let me know and ask if I would like an alternative. Really poor service.

  Food awful, tried it as heard good things the burgers are bland and dry the hotdogs are laughable, nothing was worth the price regardless of the "quality" of meat being used, rubbish kid menu selection. Slow service. Music ridiculously loud. Spent £80 and half the food got left wouldnt recommended to anyone.

  Never really liked burgers until i tried Five Guys. There is honestly nothing like it. Would 100% recommend. Staff are super friendly and helpful too which makes it so much better.

  Kira was really helpful and patient with my young daughter. I signed up for the reward scheme and she was really informative to help with that also. Thank you so much. We will come again. FYI Please keep the manned tills please don’t go fully self service
