  Arrived to collect an order, and we were not greeted for a good 5 minutes and then before being asked if we had an order a staff member immediately said "we are really busy right now" and then walked off. We then had to tell him we had actually already ordered, we received an eye roll and he finally found our order and passed it to us. Very poor experience. The food was lovely but pizzers were poorly cut.

  Hi I have had a fair few pizzas from your establishment that my friends always buys from when I come to visit her. I’ve just come in to go and pick up a pizza when I heard the managers talking whilst I was stood in the waiting area. He was talking to a member of staff about a manager who was called Jordon (I think that’s the right name it was a bit loud because of the oven and the noise of pizzas being cut) Anyways whilst I was waiting to collect my friends order. They were discussing about (Jordon) being a predator as he is in a relationship with someone who wasn’t 18 at the time and so (Jordon) lied about their age to his fellow colleagues. I felt very uncomfortable hearing about this and just wanted my pizza and to get out the shop. To my surprise when I heard that the person talking about it then said that he tried to tell their higher manager about the situation apparently they didn’t want to hear about it. It made my stomach turn how could something so serious be neglected and dismissed. I took the pizzas and went back to my friends. When I returned I discussed about it with her and she said that was absolutely disgusting behaviour especially for people to hear. These are the points she made. 1. Having that conversation with a customers in the waiting area was appalling. 2. For the company to dismiss such allegations against something so serious. 3. We have been in at busy times and there are some workers in there look younger than 18. 4. Some customers may come in with their children in a place to which I would feel uncomfortable taking my own. We now go out and have a meal at La Piazzeta which has lovely staff and better tasting food. In an atmosphere we most prefer. This all happened about 3 months ago I was just thinking about it again and felt I need to bring it to your attention that this is wrong. Me and friend have nothing against dominos as a brand but with the Petersfield branch. We both agreed something needed to be done on your end otherwise it puts them younger members of staff and the public at risk. Many thanks for nice pizza’s in the past. But we have separated our ways as customers from this branch. My message isn’t to steer people away from Dominos but to be careful and have yourselves consider investigating what I have heard. We didn't contact the Police as we don’t know the full extent of the situation but I had heard enough to gather the basics. My friend and I assure you will take action if needed.

  Best pizza delivery for miles around. They are very quick on delivery quality was excellent would recommend over any other Domino's Pizza or any other pizza delivery locally
