The food my father and I ate was exceptional for McDonald's, it was consistent, thr burgers and such, but it felt well made not just slopped together like paper mache, it didn't fall apart in my hand. I was exceptionally impressed when I received my Mcflurry, it was full to the brim of ice cream! Usually many sites only fill it up halfway which is disappointing but they were very generous here and I'm so happy to see it. They were also so generous with the milkshake it was basically overflowing, brilliant! The store was also very clean, including the toilets, which I had used and were in excellent condition. Excellent McDonald's!

Our order arrived with all of the sauces missing, the Chicken Nuggets, Cheese Balls, and both Big Mac meals missing as well. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we opened the Double Quarter Pounder, we found what appears to be a piece of paper or food packaging inside the burger. This completely ruined our meal and raised serious concerns about the care taken when preparing food. We no longer felt comfortable eating the rest of the order. Mistakes happen, but missing this many items and then finding what appears to be a foreign object in the food is simply unacceptable. The restaurant seriously needs to improve its quality control and check orders properly before they leave. I won’t be ordering from here again until I know these issues have been addressed.
