  Employee at the self checkout in constantly targeting me and my partner. He asked why I need some medication when my Nan was buying it not me (it's unprofessional to ask why a customer needs medicine when they are old enough to buy it) . Wouldn't let my partner buy energy drinks and alcohol when he had proof of age, rude employees excuse was that I didn't have ID when I wasn't paying but he's let my Nan buy 40% vodka with me last week. He's rude didn't answer my question about the fact he lets my Nan buy alcohol with me but not my partner, raised his voice and didn't let use speak. He took away literal cherry juice saying it has alcohol and wouldn't read the ingredients when asked. About 3 weeks ago he tried to take away a clothing item that I've already paid for because it wasn't "navy blue" as written on the receipt, when it was navy blue and white.

  I went in to this store for the phone shop , service was good, then went shopping had no problems with any staff members.just carry on some time didn't get items, the staff were helpful.

  On Monday we arranged a delivery to our holiday accommodation inside a holiday village on Hayling Island. We had to put the specific address number and road name in the extra details section and use the holiday park address as the delivery address because that was the only way the system would accept it. To our surprise half an hour before the time slot started we received a call from the holiday park letting us know that Tesco had delivered six crates of shopping, including frozen and fridge food to the central restaurant next to the central reception. My wife and I are disabled but we were forced to carry the crates of food and drink 20 meters to our car to deliver them to our holiday home ourselves. We are now stuck with six empty blue Tesco crates in our accommodation. We called customer services on the same day who offered a £10 voucher and promised us the store who arranged the delivery would call us that day. I emailed our complaint after that and was basically told that we should be happy with our £10 voucher and the extra delivery details aren't given to the drivers.

  Found everything we were looking for. 4 stars instead of 5 because they keep swapping shelves, making it difficult to find what you're looking for.
