  One particular teller has issues regarding the use of the Lotto terminal. This has happened to me more than once with this particular employee. Today I was told that the machine is not working (as with previous episodes with her) in spite of having bought a couple of tickets only an hour prior. It is possible, I guess, that there was a problem but what annoyed me was she glanced across at a colleague and a “knowing” smile was exchanged. Her advice was to go somewhere else.

  I wouldn't normally leave a review like this, but honestly one of the worst local shopping experiences I can remember and does a disservice to the rest of high street. The majority of the fridges that would contain any fresh food are constantly broken and today you can add the freezers to that too. That leaves you with lots of processed junk and alcohol. Just such a disappointing place overall.

  This shop is a joke really, staff working in place lies! They close the shop in the morning due to delivery. 9:20 when I get there. Already was a long queue waiting. I went to the back to ask if they know what time they would reopen I’ve been told 5mins as they done now. Another 20 mins and they are not here.

  Too expensive compared to other Tesco express stores with much less choice also. Especially compared to the Farnborough stores
