  The New self service is appalling, and we got wooden forks. Absolutely rubbish. We used to enjoy our experience here, such a shame its gone so down hill.

  Food is extremely expensive, I paid £16.50 for breakfast and coffee. The order board doesn’t work, so some people were missing when their food was called for. Took around 20 minutes for my food order to be called. I was then given my breakfast with a wooden fork and knife. £16.50 for a breakfast that I eat with wooden cutlery is a joke! I asked for metal ones and was told they only have metal knives. You also cannot remove anything from your breakfast, if you don’t like mushrooms, tough, you’re getting them! Won’t be eating again.

  What has happened to service with a smile or frankly even service. I Asked to not have black pudding with my full English breakfast and offered an over cooked peace of fried bread to replace it. The egg was probably cooked half an hour before I got it, one sausage under cooked the other overcooked and both frankly tasteless. In addition I asked for toast which though eating in was handed to me in a paper bag with one small pack of butter not big enough to butter half the slice let alone a whole peace. It wasn’t busy, they weren’t under pressure but the service and the breakfast were thoroughly underwhelming 🤷‍♂️
