  Real nightmare trying to pay via phone. We thought the order had been successful but it was not and we didn’t know and waited for an hour or more. Then reordered and they were not too slow but they forgot part of our order. Disappointed. No point in going back to get the rest as food would go cold.

  In hospitality a lot of people get the basics wrong but Claudia was brilliant, read my order back to me , made sure I got the most out of my collection deal and doing so with a smile !
