Regular customer. Ordered late at night and they made my pizza regular crust instead of thin and crispy, as I ordered.

14th aug placed an order £34 via the app, when it came to pay it glitches out and said to try again so we did. When it was delivered it was double what we had ordered and delivery guy refused to take it back. Called branch to be told it wasnt flagged up as showed on system as 2 separate orders , they never thought about calling us to check before sending it out. Was asked for my email address and told we'd get a credit note email which we never got and now being told it's not their mistake so won't be getting a credit note or refund. Do not recommend this branch or the app. Don't appreciate being lied to and robbed of our hard earned money 😤

Real nightmare trying to pay via phone. We thought the order had been successful but it was not and we didn’t know and waited for an hour or more. Then reordered and they were not too slow but they forgot part of our order. Disappointed. No point in going back to get the rest as food would go cold.

Awful service. Go to Papa Johns as the pizza from this particular franchise it's utterly disgusting.
