  We where at this pub for a wedding event the landlady was very rude to a number of the guests even given a verbal warning to a young lady over the pool table which may I add was being unused at the time but afew of the people within our party wanted to play two balls left on the table so the young girl pocketed them to then be approach by 3-4 men calling her names who may i add where actually playing darts at the time, by the time it had actually calmed down the land lady came over to the young girl got right in her face giving her a verbal warning to then a young 16 year old girl from our party wanted to know what was going on and tried explaining what had happened previously on this the landlady got very hostile and got in this young girls face causing upset to many members of the party and we all left, not professional at all and then we found out these lads/men where doing drugs in the pub one even approached a member of our party and asked him if had any to sell absolutely appalling behaviour not very professional at all, pub in itself was grubby sticky tables toilets not clean staff seemed to favour the locals & other people waiting to be served waited a while to get drinks not customer friendly at all never known a pub like it neither the landlady nor her husband are pleasant people at all both have an attitude problem & need to learn how to descalate situations without gobbing off at people & being rude to people. Yes there's two sides to a story but because we weren't locals they weren't interested in what we had to say she kept shutting people down when they where trying to explain and give our sides but the men who where the ones in the wrong had no repercussions for there actions

  Great little pub with all the sports. Great prices on drinks and fun friendly service also Emma and her staff are great with kids who are always welcome

  A very tidy and welcoming establishment, wide selection of drinks, helpful and attentive bar staff. Outside seating front and back, pool and fruities, Friendly locals, good banter at all times.

  Lovely family run pub, great prices and lots of events going on. Also brought my family along and they loved it
