  Went in for the post office mid morning to be told that we had to wait for a manager to come in as the other 'qualified' persons login wouldn't work. The manager George was due in at 10:00 so waited as it 9:55. He didnt turn up for his shift until 10:10, no apology as the other staff member said weve been waiting - 3 of us by now. Really great example to be setting. They need to change their signage so that people know the post office may not be manned depending on who's in

  Always have a good experience but find one of the new staff members have horrible attitude, girl with the red hair, saw her making faces at a customer while she was looking away and I’d asked for a bag at self checkout and she’d walked off without a word. Me thinking she didn’t hear me but then comes back shoves bags at the side without even a glance or word. Don’t see where her customer service is
