  The post office is either closed or there is no staff trained to help with packages. It’s a service they provide but they seem to be bothered every time I show up with packages. They closed the post office in Blackwater so this is the only one we have left and yet it is not working. I think they should remove the post office or train everyone so it can actually work.

  Wow this Co op has really gone downhill in recent years. There's an obnoxious Audi that's always parked out the front of the shop, blocking a customer space (highly unprofessional btw, park at the back) I'm assuming this is the franchise owner or managers car. There's hardly any choice in the fridges or freezers, just don't waste your time. Absolutely awful and I hope head office see this review and sort this place out ASAP.

  Young lady who served to me was a delight very attentive, very quick and processing purchases and was definitely more enthusiastic about her job than I could ever say for her management team. That one member of staff was being micro managed by two different people who came out, saw a queue and either did nothing about it after saying "you've got customers" or refused to serve me if I wasn't there for the post office. Disgusting attitude from management not putting customers first. If customers are in YOUR shop to purchase YOUR goods, YOU serve them, with a smile and no attitude. End of story! That one member of staff serving every customer deserves a medal, a raise and a promotion, given she's doing seemingly everyone's jobs at once.

  Went in for the post office mid morning to be told that we had to wait for a manager to come in as the other 'qualified' persons login wouldn't work. The manager George was due in at 10:00 so waited as it 9:55. He didnt turn up for his shift until 10:10, no apology as the other staff member said weve been waiting - 3 of us by now. Really great example to be setting. They need to change their signage so that people know the post office may not be manned depending on who's in
