  Rarely accepts order in time through Uber. It's a pain, as I often have uber credit, and it's pretty annoying to sit there waiting for 10 minutes, only for the order to be cancelled as they didn't accept it on time.

  Absolutely abysmal. Used to use the Dominos in porthcawl which was spot on, upon moving house, this was the first time ordering food from here. After waiting 45 minutes for the delivery, one pizza order was wrong, and all the pizzas were cold. We called them to say about the wrong pizza order but they didn't really take much notice and just said about remaking it, which would take another 30 minutes... Without vouchers the food is upwards of £70. McDonald's is actually better than this place which is insane! Do not order from here unless you want to waste your money

  Ordered through the Dominos app and had it delivered. Received the wrong food. I used the app to get help and called through to the store. After getting my details the staff told me I hadn’t ordered and there was nothing they could do. After 5 minutes of pushing he finally realised he’d inputted my address wrong. He found my order and told me he would refund. I never received a refund.

  Went in and ordered a med pizza. They try to charge me £12.99 when it clearly stated £10.99 for a med. Then they gave me one pizza when again clearly states buy one get one free. On collection. When I asked for my free pizza I got informed I need to state at time of ordering i want a free one. 🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ of course i do or I would of sat home and got it delivered. But it's a perk of collection, u get a free pizza. Staff really rude about it. Sunday night at 10pm.
