To the blonde haired lady working behind the counter at this branch in Ashdown Road at Tescos today - you really needn't to have been so rude to my son. He was not aware that you don't do Evri anymore. Not everyone is selling on Vinted all the time. Maybe if you pop across to the local Morrisons branch, they might be able to show you what excellent customer service and politeness looks like! You are working in the local community and representing Tesco, so a bit of courtesy would have been appreciated. Maybe if you hate dealing with customers, you could instead work in the backroom! -

Being told to come back in twenty-five minutes in the morning, before work, while you're supposed to be open because you can't bother putting two people on a morning shift to deal with the delivery is criminal, especially considering you open at a certain time.
