  Ordered a relatively large order for a kids party, over an hour in advance of when I wanted it to arrive. No communication to say it was going to be delayed, then received a text to say an Uber was going to deliver it. Then it was delayed again - switched from a motorbike to a car - still no communication from Papa Johns. If they had phoned we could have gone to pick it up, instead it was over 40 minutes late. When I rang and asked what was going on, no apology and when I asked about compensation I was told I would get a free large drink - on a £120 order! Absolute joke. Not ordering from them again and definitely wouldn't recommend. Shame when all that would have fixed it was a bit of communication.
