We came to the sausage cider festival on Saturday and overall it was a really good evening however there were a few issues. The man on the bbq who was taking the tickets ( who we didn't recognise as one of the members of staff that we usually see when we visit the farmhouse every now and then) was quite rude in his tone and quite frankly burnt the sausages to an absolute crisp. Apart from that The brisket and chillie was nice and atmosphere was good. All the staff were amazing, obviously working very hard just a shame about this one individual as everything else was perfect

Our server was a pleasant lady named Izzy. She was a lovely person. Would definitely recommend this place to others! It had a very family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food with amazing customer service.

Naomi is fab! We always have a great time amd are always well looked after here. Hiltonbury farmhouse is our go to pub for Sunday lunch. Really generous portion sizes, lovely roast potatoes and trimmings too! Other food on the menu is also great. Our daughter loves the kids cottage pie and we’ve also enjoyed other mains before too. Desserts are also tasty, especially the brownie! Highly recommend eating at this pub!

Food was nice but nothing amazing considering the price service was very slow had to go up and down to the var about 5 times my self to ask for somthing or get them to come over

This is a lovely little pub and has been a regular place to visit with friends and family over the last ten years. That’s about where the positives end the last 12-18 months the food has dropped off a cliff considerably, everything is overpriced, the quality, quantity and care put into meals is shocking. The last 3 times I’ve been we’ve had small portions, the meals have been missing elements within the dish and things are forgotten. The only thing worth eating was the pizzas but based on today’s visit that’s now not an option. Such a shame to say it but I would avoid dining here as the chefs either don’t care or just aren’t good enough.
