Food is always so yummy, so many vegan/veggie options. And for those gluten free its also perfect.

Me and my boyfriend came to Zizzi for our date and I couldn’t have been happier with the food or service. Roman was excellent!

Delicious food especially liked the fresca pizza. Quite quiet on a Sunday afternoon but nice and chilled with chill music etc

What a dreadful experience. Tables were sticky and dirty, they seemed to have wiped them over with a dirty cloth. They served my beer warm because they had just brought a case up and didn’t have any in the cooler, like it was my fault for ordering it! Perhaps I should have been offerered an alternative? The food was very bland, the pizza bas almost inedible. When paid and asked for a Veterans card discount I was told that it was not accepted and I needed a Blue Light card, which is wrong according the their website. The Veterans card is Government issued you have to have served in HM Forces to have one, anyone can get the Blue Light card. Not the way to treat men and women who have served their country, completely unacceptable. You could not drag me into this restaurant with a team of horses.

How the Zizzi brand has fallen. On arrival at the Basingstoke branch the first things you see are a grubby disabled toilet door with a photocopied sign stuck on, a collection-order cupboard filled with delivery bags and a grubby reception podium. The view through to the back is uninspiring and the grubbiness and unloved decor continues throughout. The whole place is depressing and un-loved. Scuffed paintwork and sticky surfaces give you a hint as to how (below) average the food is going to be. There's nothing 'wrong' with the food but the quality was low and matched the triple points clubcard vouchers we were planning on spending there. It's cheap and just does what it says on the tin. Of all the very average food we were served the chicken Milanese was the worst. I couldn't understand why anyone would order the 'cheese pouring sauce' to go with it until the chicken arrived at the table. Overcooked and dry with a thick breadcrumb coating it definitely didn't taste freshly made. More like a frozen product that is thrown in a deep fat fryer ? The potatoes that came with it tasted equally un-fresh. It filled a hole. That's about all I can say. We would never come here again. Rather spend the clubcard vouchers on groceries.
