  Great news since adding locked up trolleys that require cash (that nobody uses anymore) I am saving myself a fortune as I am now only buying what is essential as that's all I can carry in a basket.

  You now have to pay to use the trolley! Wanted to do a fairly big shop while is was travelling home, went to get a trolley, you now have to put £1 in. Who carries cash on them nowadays? Had no money on me so went back to the car, drove to Sainsbury’s where I know you don’t need a £1 and spent my money with them instead

  Consistent lack of fresh food in the fridges. Last four trips I have not been able to get meat as there is none available in the fridges for lack of stock.

  Di on self service 20/09/26 10am has an awful attitude problem, didn't speak one word I said thanks and she just walked off with a face like thunder this really needs addressing i dont expect to be treated like this, she has No customer service at all and is extremely rude. I would like to add i shop here most days and the only person who makes me feel welcome is Laura on self service, she ALWAYS says hello to all customers she has a chat sometimes and she is amazing when I see Laura I always leave feeling happy and valued. She is a credit to tesco and she makes up for the bad experience I have with the other staff on self service.
