- BPBen P5 days ago1.0Great food and excellent product choice, but let down completely by a diabolical lack of customer service. Visited on Saturday and used the self-checkout as I care for a health-compromised relative. The entire area was at a standstill with six different tills requiring staff interventions. Despite the backlog, the three staff members assigned to the area were huddled together on their mobile phones, completely ignoring the customers and the alerts. Standing around waiting for staff to look up from their screens is incredibly frustrating. Brilliant store layout, but the front-of-house service was a total joke.
