  There is a lack of staff, especially at the self-checkouts, where if anybody needs something they will be aimlessly standing around looking for someone for 5 minutes. To add to this, some of the staff are incredibly rude when you do ask for help too, once i needed somebody to take a security tag off a drink i had bought, nobody was at the self checkouts so i walked towards the help desk as they were not busy, instead the person at the help desk told me “no someone else will help” as she called over somebody else who was made to deal with everyone, he seemed very stressed and had so much to do. Overall i seriously think this place needs more staff, and friendlier ones at that.

  The staff are always helpful and friendly. The older ( apologies) gentleman with the grey hair is a diamond, always helpful and smiling and always willing to have giggle, I shop here quite frequently and being from up north it’s certainly nice to see the smiles and humor 👏👏👏

  Generally has what I need and when I need it . Quality is good, prices are not extortionate and the staff seem pleasant enough (Don't really have to interact with anybody if you are feeling suitably antisocial 😁)
