  I had a wonderful experience at Beefeater, thanks to the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Dora. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She took the time to ensure our order was correct, checked on us regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. Dora’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. She handled everything with ease and a smile, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Overall, her service was exceptional and truly made a difference. I would definitely return to Beefeater because of the high standard of care we received.

  Some of the best service I've ever had, food was hot and just as ordered. Great place it's a shame it's being closed in the latter of this year.

  I want to shout out Kieran that works here. (Apologies if I spelt the name wrong). I visited and initially went to the bar. I didn't wait long and whilst doing so, some guy knocked a drink over and it took a little while to clean up. Kieran was soaked in wine and offered me a pint on the house for having to wait. I refused a free drink, but appreciated the offer. I then sat at a table for a meal. Kieran was waiting on me. It was golden to have someone address me as "sir" and pull the chair out for me to sit. He was attentive and patient. He also wasn't one of those that wait for you to stuff your gob with a fork load then ask how your meal is. His skills were on point and it was really refreshing to see someone do their job with a passion. Hospitality is a hard sector to work in, so I commend him. This is the kind of guy that should be teaching others how it's done. I let the manger know and I hope it was reciprocated. Top respect to Kieran.
