  Was fine, apart from the delivery person couldn’t find my address, and then as I was eating my food I found a black hair stuck in the cheese on a slice. For refernce I have blonde hair. I felt so disgusted after, I didn’t even want to finish the rest at the fear there might be more.

  Absolutely fuming 3 times now, 1st time had a mushroom on my cheese and tomato pizza and I'm Ilergic accept magic lol and the last 2 times I've ordered it directly from Papa and then both time off loaded it to Uber, if I wanted to order from Uber I would of done!!! Unbelievable

  If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I ordered through Deliveroo and ordered a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni as the deal I was using didn’t include the margarita pizza. I phoned the store, a woman picked up saying there’s nothing she can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and claimed there wasn’t any, which I knew for a fact wasn’t true, why would a manager or supervisor not be in the store? Managers are needed to close up, take money out of the till etc. She put me on hold 3 times, each time she reckoned she was the manager. (So she was impersonating a manager 🙄) A staff reform is desperately needed at this store, everyone is biased as they’re all most likely close friends. But rest assured, a head office complaint will be made & the call was recorded from my end.
