    Wagu burger: Burger buns were so soggy swear I could have rung them out, burger patty was some how dry. Missing rocket, bacon was basically raw. Didn’t even bother eating it was so awful. And the presentation was shite. 0/10 never ordering here again. Burger King in Newbury is 10 x better

    The burgers are soggy with wilted lettuce and a piece of flat chicken... nothing like what they advertise... very disappointing and wouldn't go there again. The only positive about the place is that it is kept clean by the staff.

    No toilets as they close them at 7:30! When they are located inside a shopping centre with no toilets in the evenings! Almost like they want no customers in the evenings!
