  In cafe. Ordered Big breakfast. Not aloud to swap beans for tomotos because "we used to be able to but management put a stop to it". Ridiculous. Management need to be fired and be replaced with people that know how cafes work.

  Really good place if you want to go shopping to make food or just look for some ready to go meals like the meal deals, so many to choose from. This tesco basically sells everything that you would need, the staff are also very kind and nice and they always help you whenever you ask, not one time I've encountered a moody member of staff. They have a big parking lot aswell so dont worry about the parking spaces theres always spots. And, theres a cafe on the second floor which is excellent.

  My disappointment is not with Tesco as a company, but with the way this incident was managed by the store manager and the security guard. The incident took place in the first-floor café. Before we were given a proper opportunity to explain what had happened, the manager appeared to have already decided that we should leave. That decision was made before hearing our side of the situation, which felt unfair and unnecessary. What concerned me most was the conduct of the security guard. Rather than simply carrying out his role of keeping customers, staff and property safe, he made personal comments, including saying, "You're a good role model." It came across as judgmental rather than professional and added nothing towards resolving the situation. Security staff should focus on de-escalation, safety and professionalism, not making personal remarks or assumptions about customers. Likewise, managers should ensure that people are listened to before decisions are made, especially when families are involved. I genuinely believe both the manager and the security staff would benefit from additional training in conflict resolution, de-escalation, active listening and customer care. A calm conversation lasting just a couple of minutes could have avoided what became an upsetting experience. I hope Tesco reviews this incident and uses it as an opportunity to improve how similar situations are handled in future.

  This spacious store gets very busy with customers racing around. Toilets are inside. There is a clothing section but their clothes are not my cup of tea. There is a sales rail but I didn't find anything that took my fancy unfortunately. The cashier that we went to was very fast and friendly. Well done to him! :D Thumbs up! :)
