  I had a great experience with Papa John’s. When I called after placing my order to ask for a couple changes, they were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. The food was great, the service was quick, and the whole process was easy. Definitely recommend. Biswaas/Biz

  I recently ordered a delivery and paid the delivery charge of £2.99 only for that delivery to be farmed out to uber! And the uber driver had another stop along the way before delivering my food. This resulted in my food being far colder than it should be. I don’t mind paying a delivery charge but if I’m paying it the order should come directly to me.

  The pizza arrived cold, wasn’t cut into slices, and was completely stuck to the paper. I couldn’t eat it. I called to request a replacement, but the lady was not helpful. She told me to call tomorrow and then hung up. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund or replacement.

  was told we could come to the shop and order. got here and refused to let us in and made us order delivery to the shop itself. man was very rude aswell
