  was told we could come to the shop and order. got here and refused to let us in and made us order delivery to the shop itself. man was very rude aswell

  Food turned up cold. When it was down to be delivered we had a message to say our delivery was cancelled by uber eats (even though we ordered from the app). Contacted the store as per the message who were very unhelpful and said it had already left the shop and wouldn’t answer my question about the food arriving cold. The turned up 30 minutes after it should have been here. Very poor experience received and following my call there is no hope of raising this further that anything will be done

  Placed an order, kept waiting, 1 hour later I did phone to be told that it’s going to he another 20minutes! I did ask for a refund, the woman on the phone said she was going to speak to her manager and literally did hang the phone on my face! Rude woman and poor service! You need to train your staff how to deal with people in the UK!

  Really impressed with the taste and quality. The cheese was perfectly melted, the flavors were well balanced, and everything tasted fresh.The staff are really welcoming .Definitely one of the better pizza options out there!
