  very disappointed just went in for a few bits thankfully alarms sound like fire alarms going off trying to put shopping through till told you can't then you can staff really didn't know what they were doing being told to get out quickly then all of a sudden the queue changed and starts going the other way. I was sorry for the ladies on the checkouts. They were totally overwhelmed with people not a sign of management or any tannoys going out.

  I go every Sunday to do my weekly shop but it is always spoilt by the loud awful music that no one really needs. Thinking of going to another brand supermarket where i can shop in peace!!!

  As an elderly couple we have used the Cafe regularly for breakfast with our weekly shop. I am bitterly disappointed with the new makeover. Having eventually managed to cope with the over complicated self ordering system the standard of our breakfast was basically inedible. (We left most of it). The bacon was undercooked, the hash browns were almost black, soggy and greasy, the toast was almost raw and the Cappuccino cold. We did mention this to the manager who just said he'd pass it on. Needless to say we won't be going there again.

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Tesco in Aldershot. I bought some mangoes, but when I got back to work and tried to eat them, I found the quality was very poor. I spoke to a member of staff and the manager, and they asked me to bring the mangoes back the next day. The following morning, I arrived at around 6:20am before starting my 7:00am to 7:00pm shift. After I arrived, I was told to wait for Customer Service. I was then expected to wait until 8:00am just to resolve an issue with one mango. Unfortunately, I could not wait any longer because I had to get to work, so I had to leave without my issue being resolved. I understand that stores have procedures, but I feel my time was not respected. I hope Tesco can improve both the quality of its fresh fruit and the way customer complaints are handled, especially for customers who work long hours.

  Average Tesco store, nothing too exciting. Staff seem helpful whenever I ask a question and often show me to items whenever I can't find something so positive experience there. However my main gripe is the cleanliness of the toilets. They are usually smelly, and I have seen an unusual type of fly in there. So I took a picture and ran it through Google and found it is actually a "drain fly". Too revolting to describe here what these are, but a quick Google will tell you. I've added a picture below. Really, these do need dealing with!. Have a look when you are next in there.
