  Had a good experience at Burger King. The staff were friendly and polite, service was quick, and the food was fresh and tasty. The place was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a nice spot for a quick meal. Would visit again.

  Absolutely outstanding experience at Burger King Aldershot! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and our order was ready in less than two minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My child was delighted, and so was I. A perfect 10/10 experience – honestly one of the best fast-food visits we’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team!

  Excellent customer service, my mate and I aren't tech savvy and had issues with the electronic ordering system. The cry for help went out, and a member of staff came out from behind the counter to guide us through the boards. We were then told to sit at any table and they would bring the food to us, great service and polite staff. Don't forget though to register your number plate at the front counter.

  I payed for 8 halloumi fries and 2 sweet chili pots and didn’t receive my chili pots! I payed an extra 45p per pot of mayonnaise and don’t receive them either! Absolutely furious. My milkshake wasnt chocolate as I asked it was strawberry I was also given a coke in the process of this. My chips were cold and my chicken royal meal had more lettuce then chicken with 0 mayonnaise in it hence the mayo pots ( 45p by the way) please improve your services and make customers happy with food.

  I am not one to leave a bad review, in fact this is a first, but the service was TERRIBLE… there are enough people in that kitchen to get a simple order correct! Twice in the last week I have ordered food for my partner and half of the meal has been missing so I have had to drive to the restaurant to pick the rest of the order up. This is awful and really lazy… the first time I came in the man who saw me was lovely and very helpful, this time a different member of staff told me he wouldn’t give me the food (despite the fact it was sat in clear view) - I suppose they just intended to throw it away (wasteful). Thankfully someone else came over and gave it to me but I wouldn’t recommend this BK to anyone.
