  I can't comment on food as it's not available right now - but the future menu looks amazing!!! What a bunch of staff they have. Fantastic people who aren't shy to ask how your day is going, not just throw a pint your way! Yeah - the place is a bit dated but rumour has it there's a refurb on the way. New owner has taken over a couple of months ago. This guy does not stop - he's relentless when it comes to customer service, events, charity - you name it - this guy has it covered and he's growing the pub and I really hope it becomes 'The' place to be! Love my time there. Will go back again and once the food is on, I'll bring the family along too! Thanks for having a proper pub in a proper town with a proper focus on the local community!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bonkers Bingo at The Welly – Absolutely Brilliant! What a fantastic afternoon at Bonkers Bingo in The Welly! The atmosphere was electric from start to finish, with everyone laughing, singing, dancing, and getting fully involved. The hosts were hilarious and kept the energy high all day, making sure there wasn’t a dull moment. The outdoor setup was perfect, with plenty of seating, great sound, and a real festival-style vibe. You could see people of all ages having an amazing time, whether they were there for the bingo, the music, or just the brilliant atmosphere. The crowd was friendly, the drinks were flowing, and the whole event was incredibly well organised. Bonkers Bingo isn’t your average bingo night – it’s a full-on entertainment experience packed with music, games, prizes, and plenty of surprises. The Welly was the perfect venue, creating a welcoming and lively environment that made everyone feel part of the fun. If you’re looking for a unique night out with loads of laughs and great memories, I couldn’t recommend Bonkers Bingo at The Welly highly enough. Already looking forward to the next one!

  Had an absolutely brilliant night at Bonkers Bingo at The Wellington in Widnes! 🎉 This isn’t your average bingo night – it’s a full-on entertainment experience. The music was spot on, with loads of tunes everyone knew and sang along to, and the atmosphere was unreal from start to finish. The hosts kept the energy high all night, mixing bingo with games, laughs, dancing and plenty of surprises. You can see why Bonkers Bingo has become such a popular format. It’s inclusive, fun for all ages, and even if bingo isn’t normally your thing, you’ll still have a great time. The crowd was buzzing, everyone got involved, and there was never a dull moment. Massive credit to The Wellington for putting on such a well-organised event. Great atmosphere, great entertainment and a genuinely memorable night out. We’ll definitely be back for the next one! 🍻🎶🙌
