  Going downhill no one is really bothered staff don’t look happy or helpful. Shelves nearly always half empty or empty. Fruit nearly off of mouldy or out of stock. Self services fills always have long queues which is ridiculous as once you have shopped you just want to pay and leave quickly but no have to wait in a very long queue. Lately even the scan and go takes a long time as old till points are closed new ones keep breaking down and today back to the old ones where only two were working. Why only have one member of staff to help customers when self serve stop working Do my lottery twice a week and can honestly say the girls are absolutely wonderful little chat and smiles go along way from them Was shocked to hear last year that all they got as a bonus was a box of biscuits. Ridiculous a company making millions and show no appreciation for their staff. Sad really

  Items vanish from the shelves never to return, the sandwich meat aisle is devoid of life these days if you're not a ham fan. I've seen a better selection of crisps in a dive bar. Good for parking and somewhat discounted fuel but good luck getting what you actually want or need as the stock manager has no clue what they're doing.

  Terrible state and gone down hill rapidly. Lack of variety and vegetables all brown. Really bad section of chilled vegan products. No fridges and freezers working and when I asked the Manager she told me they were waiting for the heatwave to go as their pipes are at the top of the building?? Really ?? Bad planning if that's the case. I have gone back to Prescot which has working fridges and freezers !!
